All other points aside, this one is truly problematic and weak.
“Accused”, for reasons good or bad does not always translate into “proven guilty” given our legal system.
I think it’s fair to say there’s a reason we have the “innocent until proven guilty” system in place even if it may not always work fairly or is imperfect.
So I don’t necessarily think this point should be used to support your argument.
Know what sucks though? Regardless of whether Kavanaugh is guilty or not, I’ll always believe at the back of my head “maybe he did it.” That is problematic too.
